How long conversations and reports stay, and how a family can ask for deletion.
How long we keep things
Chat history stays in the family workspace so a child can continue a thread and parents can generate 7- or 30-day reports. Reports are summaries of that window, not a permanent public archive.
Deleting a child profile or account
Parents can remove a child profile or revoke a Lumi device from the family dashboard. To permanently delete the entire family account (parent login, kids profiles, chat history, and paired devices), use Delete account. You can also reach us via Contact if you need help.
